460mm new design of Stable Quality CR Plating Steel Material Exercise Bike Wheel by Polishing treatment

This is a latest design of steel wheels for exercise bikes, the sizes 460mm is the bigger dimmeter of wheels in the experience of our production in the past ,this is made for commercial exercise bikes in the gym clubs which requests big and strong parts for a final commercial qualifed machines .

For the material of S45C use in this item , It is more beautiful than final parts made by normal steel as we mentioned before ,especially for big wheels ,the surface beauty is quite important which take 90% big in all size of wheel ,except the holes to be asssemble in the middle , there is nothing to be used for any assemble work but just a surface show .so the quality of surface treatment becomes the biggest point of quality that impact all the selling of the wheels . we also tried to use normal steel for sample trial but failed .we were not satisfied with that while S45c instead .

For the difference of S45c for this item from the normal steel acception , we compared with them by each sample , the truth is that it is harder to process S45c than normal steel but also little more beautiful as well . so it deponds on the buyers for a final decision.
