This is a 10lbs steel weight stack plate , it is a commoon design with each 10lbs weight plates by totally 200 lbs or 300lbs stacks in a set , it is up to you to ask for the total weight assemble together ,for the packages ,we will assemble the selector bars into top plate fixed by professional way and put in the right quantity of plates as you like . then we use standard exporting wooden carton for a safe strong protection.
